Veza Agency Network is a digital transformation consultancy built as a network of four specialist brands. We design, build, and grow enterprise-grade websites for B2B SaaS, fintech, and AI-sector clients, plus Fortune 500 brands. Our design work sits inside that same standard: high-fidelity web experiences where craft and conversion are both non-negotiable.
The Role
This is a hybrid leadership role, roughly 60% hands-on design and 40% team management. You'll personally lead the highest-stakes design work across the network while setting the quality bar for every designer on the team.
The ideal profile is a senior designer who has moved into leadership without losing the craft. You spot a missed best practice from a mile away. You specialize in Web UI/UX — marketing sites, landing pages, and conversion-focused design — rather than app product interfaces. When a project ships, clients notice the speed, the efficiency, and the visual standard.
You are the guardian of quality for the whole design department.
What You'll Work On
- Personally deliver 50–60% of high-priority design work — setting the standard by example
- Review the output of junior and mid-level designers to ensure best practices in typography, layout, and UX are followed
- Provide direct, actionable feedback that improves craft and maintains brand consistency across multi-entity projects
- Monitor team output and time-on-task (identifying why a 5-hour task took 10) to keep projects on schedule and within budget
- Advise and upskill the team on web-specific best practices so the department stays lean and productive
- Document and refine standard operating procedures for the design-to-development handoff
- Partner with the Chief of Staff and CEO so the design team scales at the pace of sales growth
- Curate an internal portfolio of elite web work to support future M&A and business development

What We're Looking For
Required
- Expert-level proficiency in Figma and Webflow (non-negotiable)
- Proven track record in Web UI/UX design — marketing sites, landing pages, and conversion-focused work
- Prior experience managing or leading a team of designers in a fast-paced environment
- Exceptional English, with the judgment to give constructive feedback and manage client expectations
Strong advantage
- Agency background or prior experience inside a high-growth digital services platform
- Fluent with current AI design tooling and workflows — with evidence of using them to meaningfully increase speed and quality
- Motion design or 3D graphics experience (bonus, not required — the core focus is Web UI/UX)
- Portfolio that demonstrates elite talent, efficiency, and a deep grasp of modern web aesthetics
