Veza Talks is back, and it is a different show. New season, new format, and a sharper point of view than the podcast we started a few years ago. Collin Belt, Chief Marketing Officer of Veza Agency Network, is the new host, and Season 2 is built around one question: in a world rebuilding itself around AI, what is actually working?
A different show for a different moment
The shift that took off in late 2025 changed how people build, market, and run their businesses. The tools got good fast, and suddenly everyone was building something to solve their own problems. Across almost every conversation Collin has with founders, operators, and marketing leaders, the same theme keeps surfacing: AI is getting wired into every function in real time, and most teams are doing it without a playbook.
That is the gap Veza Talks sets out to close. Each episode is a working session with someone who is genuinely good at their craft, built to separate what is real from what is just chatter, in terms you can actually use.
What the show is, and what it isn't
This is not an AI hype show. No top-ten-tools lists, no doom, no utopia. It is practical conversations about using AI well and the human judgment that makes it work. The frame Collin keeps coming back to is that AI is now a layer running across the whole journey: marketing, sales, operations, and delivery. There are good ways to use it and there are bad ones, and the difference is almost always the people and the strategy behind the tool.
Who is behind it
Veza Agency Network, VAN for short, is a network of specialist agencies under one umbrella: Veza Digital, Shadow Digital, Belt Creative, and Hedrick, plus WAIO, the methodology for getting found in AI search. Collin joined when his agency, Belt Creative, was acquired into the network, so he has run a small shop wearing every hat and now sits alongside other founders who have done the same. That network is the show's advantage: instead of solving every problem alone, these are operators comparing notes on what actually moves the needle.
"I don't want to make another AI hype show. There are plenty of those. The job here is to separate hype from reality: what's practical today, what's proven, and what you can take back and use in your own business."
