Veza Agency Network

Copywriter

Produce the copy VAN and its clients publish, across social, email, landing pages, and client blogs. Own the calendar, run the written repurposing engine, and work AI through the whole chain.

01OVERVIEW

About VAN

Veza Agency Network is a digital transformation consultancy for enterprise B2B. We unify specialists in web, search, and automation into a single partner for marketing leaders navigating the AI era. Our engagements carry real commercial stakes, and our work is measured in pipeline, not impressions.

02THE ROLE

The Role

You write the copy VAN publishes and the copy our clients publish. Internally that means social posts, email campaigns, landing pages, and paid media copy across the network brands. On the client side it means blog articles, landing page copy, and website content built to rank and to convert. The split runs about 50/50 and flexes with the project load.

You own the publishing calendar end to end, and the written side of the repurposing engine that turns one webinar or interview into social posts, email teasers, and page copy. You work AI tools through the whole writing chain, from research and drafting to editing and adaptation, and you edit that output critically rather than shipping it raw.

You own the cadence. Slots do not slip because nobody chased you.

03SCOPE

What You'll Work On

  • Write copy for social, email, landing pages, and paid media across the network brands.
  • Write client blog articles, landing page copy, and website content built to rank and to convert.
  • Own the content calendar end to end, from briefing through publishing to post-publication monitoring.
  • Publish on LinkedIn, the VAN site, and client sites on the agreed cadence.
  • Run the written side of the repurposing engine, turning webinars and interviews into social posts, email teasers, and page copy.
  • Build and schedule email campaigns in HubSpot, partnering with the HubSpot Specialist on templates and deliverability.
  • Apply AI tooling across research, drafting, editing, and adaptation, and edit the output before it ships.
  • Surface over and under performing content to leadership so creative direction adjusts in near real time.
04EXPECTATIONS

What We Expect

Delivery

  • Ship every committed calendar slot on time, without being chased.
  • Deliver copy that reads on-brand on the first review, not the third.
  • Move content from brief to published without waiting for a check-in at every handoff.
  • Edit AI output before it ships, so the voice survives the tooling.
  • Raise a conflict or a gap in the calendar early, with a proposed fix.

Behavioral

  • Respond to messages within 2 business hours during your working day, faster when flagged urgent.
  • Communicate blockers early, not at the deadline.
  • Keep accurate time logs as a standard part of the workflow.
  • Self-QA every deliverable before it leaves your hands.
  • Apply feedback on the next cycle rather than repeating the same production note.
05QUALIFICATIONS

What We're Looking For

Required

  • 3 to 5 years writing marketing content in an agency or an in-house marketing team.
  • A portfolio of published writing across at least three formats, for example long-form articles, social copy, and email.
  • Working command of HubSpot for email production and scheduling.
  • Hands-on Webflow experience publishing and editing website content.
  • Daily use of AI tools across research, writing, and editing, with a clear view of where they help and where they do not.
  • Demonstrated ownership of a publishing calendar you sustained yourself rather than one a manager enforced for you.

Strong advantage

  • Experience with Surfer SEO or an equivalent SEO content tool.
  • Experience with Profound or another AI-visibility platform.
  • Working knowledge of on-page SEO: titles, metas, internal linking, and content structure.
  • Experience briefing designers and video editors rather than producing those assets yourself.
  • Experience writing for several distinct brand voices in the same week.
06THE BAR

Who Will Stand Out

You have run a content calendar that did not slip, and you can point at the work. You write clean copy, and you can hold one brand voice steady across a long article and a forty-word social post. You have opinions about which AI tools earn their place in a workflow and which ones cost more time than they save.

You are not waiting for a brief to have an idea. You notice the source asset nobody repurposed, the page whose copy is underperforming, the format the audience keeps rewarding, and you bring it forward before anyone asks.

You compound output without dropping the craft.

07OFFER

What We Offer

  • Remote-first, async-friendly environment.
  • Enterprise B2B engagements across SaaS, fintech, healthcare, and AI sectors.
  • Direct collaboration with the Head of SEO and senior practitioners across the network.
  • A team that takes craft seriously, with client results that back it.
  • Retainer-based work model. Meaningful, ongoing programs instead of one-off launches.
