About VAN
Veza Agency Network is a digital transformation consultancy for enterprise B2B. We unify specialists in web, search, and automation into a single partner for marketing leaders navigating the AI era. Our engagements carry real commercial stakes, and our work is measured in conversion lift and qualified pipeline, not vanity metrics.
The Role
You own the conversion program for enterprise B2B accounts on Webflow. That means diagnosing where the funnel actually leaks, designing the experiments that test the highest-impact hypotheses, and shipping the work (copy, design, and code) that proves the lift in production.
You work inside Webflow Optimize for testing and personalization, Webflow Analyze for behavioral data, and GA4 plus GTM for the conversion infrastructure underneath. You partner with project managers, designers, and developers under the Head of Delivery to land tests on schedule, and you set the testing discipline that makes a design system worth investing in.
Lift is the deliverable. Tests are the work that gets you there.
What You'll Work On
- Run conversion audits (heuristic, analytical, behavioral) that diagnose root causes, not symptoms
- Build experiment roadmaps prioritized by impact, confidence, and effort Design, ship, and analyze A/B and multivariate tests in Webflow Optimize
- Launch personalization programs across geo, segment, and account-tier audiences
- Set up conversion tracking architecture in GA4, GTM, and the event taxonomy underneath
- Configure behavioral analytics in Webflow Analyze, Hotjar, and Microsoft Clarity, then turn sessions into hypotheses
- Deliver post-experiment readouts that explain the result, the why, and the next test
- Present quarterly CRO reviews, in-flight performance, and program QBRs to client stakeholders
What We Expect
Technical
- Maintain a live experiment roadmap on every account, with running win rate and lift documented
- Hold test infrastructure to audit standard. Clean event taxonomy, sample-size discipline, no contaminated traffic.
- Stop tests at significance, not at gut feel
- Lead every readout with business impact and the decision the client should make next
Behavioral
- Respond to messages within 2 business hours during your working day, faster when flagged urgent.
- Communicate blockers early, not at the deadline.
- Keep accurate time logs as a standard part of the workflow.
- Self-QA every deliverable before it leaves your hands.
- Document hypotheses, sample sizes, and readouts in writing so the next test on the same surface starts informed.
Required
- 2+ years owning a CRO program with full accountability for audit, hypothesis, build, and analysis
- Hands-on Webflow build experience (Optimize and Analyze a strong plus) Working command of GA4, GTM, and conversion tracking architecture
- Statistical fundamentals: sample-size calculation, significance thresholds, and segmentation discipline
- Production experience running personalization or audience-targeted experiences Track record of running CRO across multiple client accounts in parallel without testing rigor dropping
Who Will Stand Out
You can show a portfolio of experiments that moved real commercial metrics. Revenue per visitor, qualified leads, booked demos, not just CTR on a hero CTA. You can walk through a failed test with the same clarity you use for the wins, including what the failure taught you about the underlying user.
You think about CRO as a system, not a backlog of A/B tests. You build the analytics first, the design system second, and the testing program on top of both. You know which experiments are worth running before the build kicks off.
You care about the quality of your work in a way that doesn't need to be managed.
