The Role
You own paid media programs for enterprise B2B accounts from intake to QBR. That means translating business objectives into campaign architecture, making the budget and bid decisions, and defending your recommendations with the data behind them.
You work across Google (Search, Performance Max, Demand Gen, YouTube), LinkedIn, and Reddit — including emerging AI-search surfaces as they mature. You set conversion tracking and attribution correctly the first time. You collaborate directly with strategy, creative, and revenue ops counterparts across the network.
This is not a reporting role. You own the number.
What You'll Work On
- Campaign architecture, build, launch, and optimization across Google Ads (Search, Performance Max, Demand Gen, YouTube), LinkedIn, and Reddit
- Strategy grounded in keyword research, audience analysis, competitive intelligence, and client business objectives
- Budget pacing, bid strategy, and performance monitoring across multiple active programs
- Ad copy, creative coordination with designers, and disciplined A/B testing
- Conversion tracking, UTM architecture, and attribution modeling (GTM, GA4, platform pixels)
- Dashboards and weekly / monthly reporting for CMO-level audiences
- Client presentations — strategy, in-flight performance, and QBRs

Technical
- 90%+ on-time delivery across active accounts
- Platform fluency — campaigns, audiences, bidding, and reporting configured without supervision
- Tracking implementations that survive audits. UTMs, pixels, and attribution logic documented.
- Reporting that leads with outcomes and business impact, not platform metrics
Behavioral
- Respond to messages within 2 business hours during your working day, faster when flagged urgent
- Communicate blockers early — never at the deadline
- Keep accurate time logs as a standard part of the workflow
- Self-QA every campaign and report before it leaves your hands
What We're Looking For
Required
- 2+ years managing Google Ads with full campaign ownership
- Proficiency in keyword research, ad copy, audience targeting, and bid management
- Solid understanding of conversion tracking and attribution (Google Tag Manager, GA4, platform pixels, UTMs)
- Ability to manage multiple client accounts without quality dropping
- Dashboard and reporting experience — platform-native or BI tool
- Detail-oriented with a strong QA discipline
Strong advantage
- Google Ads certifications
- LinkedIn, Reddit, or paid social platform experience
- Performance Max and Demand Gen familiarity
- CRM knowledge (HubSpot, Salesforce) and integration context
- B2B SaaS or enterprise sales cycle background
- Landing page optimization tool experience
