About VAN
Veza Agency Network is a digital transformation consultancy for enterprise B2B. We unify specialists in web, search, and automation into a single partner for marketing leaders navigating the AI era. Our engagements carry real commercial stakes, and our work is measured in pipeline, not impressions.
The Role
You own delivery execution across a portfolio of complex Webflow and custom web projects, from Discovery through Launch. You enforce phase gates, protect scope, plan around real capacity, and surface risk before it turns into a fire.
You work shoulder to shoulder with Account Managers, Designers, Developers, and the Resource Manager. You think in hours, tradeoffs, and margins, not just tasks and dates. You use AI tools to move faster without cutting corners on the work itself.
This is not a coordination role. You own delivery outcomes.
What You'll Work On
- Run delivery execution aligned to Delivery Flow 2.1, from Discovery through Launch.
- Enforce phase gates across Discovery, Foundations, Design, Development, QA, and Launch.
- Control scope and change requests, documenting impact on timeline, capacity, and budget.
- Plan projects against real capacity in partnership with the Resource Manager.
- Drive clear, early delivery communication with clients and the internal team.
- Track project financials: allocated hours against actuals, margin, and escalation.
- Audit timesheets weekly so delivery data reflects reality.
- Apply AI tooling to scope analysis, status drafting, QA prep, and documentation without loosening rigor.
What We Expect
Delivery
- Run every project to Delivery Flow 2.1 with no informal shortcuts.
- Enforce gate entry and exit criteria without exception.
- Surface scope changes immediately with documented impact, never absorb them silently.
- Flag resourcing conflicts early, with options, before deadlines slip.
- Treat QA as a formal phase, so no client reviews work for the first time as a defect.
Behavioral
- Respond to messages within 2 business hours during your working day, faster when flagged urgent.
- Communicate blockers early, not at the deadline.
- Keep accurate time logs as a standard part of the workflow.
- Self-QA every deliverable before it leaves your hands.
- Say no when delivery rules are breached, calmly and clearly.
What We're Looking For
Required
- 3+ years of project management inside a digital agency, not an adjacent industry.
- Direct experience managing web design and development projects from kickoff to launch.
- Hands-on Webflow proficiency: its capabilities, its constraints, and where projects get stuck.
- Working command of capacity planning and resource coordination.
- Proven scope, change-request, and client-expectation management across multiple simultaneous projects.
- Fluency with delivery data: time tracking, budget against actuals, margin awareness.
- Experience with a PSA/PM tool such as Productive, Asana, or ClickUp.
- Daily use of AI tools (Claude, ChatGPT, or equivalents) for drafting, analysis, and workflow acceleration.
Strong advantage
- Direct experience with Productive.
- Familiarity with Delivery Flow or a similar agency operating model.
- Background in QA process management or structured handoff protocols.
- Portfolio-level resourcing or capacity planning exposure.
Who Will Stand Out
You have run projects that closed on time without burning anyone out. You know the difference between a scope conversation and a scope problem, and you handle both before they reach the client. You enforce process because you understand why it exists, not because someone told you to.
You are not looking to be liked at the expense of delivery. You raise the hard conversation early, document it clearly, and escalate when the system calls for it.
You protect delivery health before it becomes a crisis, not after.
What We Offer
- Remote-first, async-friendly environment.
- Enterprise B2B engagements across SaaS, fintech, healthcare, and AI sectors.
- Direct collaboration with the Head of Delivery and senior practitioners across the network.
- A team that takes craft seriously, with client results that back it.
- Retainer-based work model. Meaningful, ongoing programs instead of one-off launches.
