The Role
You own quality across a portfolio of complex Webflow and custom web projects. You are the last set of eyes before anything reaches a client: building real test plans, running structured manual testing across browsers and devices, catching the bugs that slip past design and development, and signing off before launch.
You work closely with Project Managers, Designers, and Developers. You hold QA as a phase, not a favor. You use AI tools to move faster through test prep and documentation without letting anything through the cracks.
This is not a box-checking role. You own quality outcomes.
What You'll Work On
- Plan and execute testing aligned to the Delivery Flow 2.1 QA gates.
- Build structured test plans and cases from requirements, specs, and technical design docs.
- Run manual testing across browsers, devices, and platforms for visual and functional consistency.
- Cover functional, usability, cross-browser, cross-device, regression, and performance testing.
- Identify, document, and track bugs with clear reproduction steps.
- Partner with developers and designers to communicate issues and verify fixes.
- Give final QA approval before launch, then run post-launch smoke testing.
- Apply AI tooling to test prep, QA analysis, and documentation without loosening rigor.
What We Expect
Quality
- Run QA as a formal phase, so no client reviews work for the first time as a defect.
- Map test coverage to requirements, leaving nothing critical untested.
- Document bugs with reproduction steps, screenshots, or recordings, never vaguely.
- Run regression testing after every fix, update, or new feature.
- Give final sign-off only when quality standards are actually met.

- Respond to messages within 2 business hours during your working day, faster when flagged urgent.
- Communicate blockers early, not at the deadline.
- Keep accurate time logs as a standard part of the workflow.

What We're Looking For
Required
- 3+ years of QA inside a digital agency, not an adjacent industry.
- Direct experience testing web design and development projects from build to launch.
- Hands-on familiarity with Webflow: its capabilities, its constraints, and where projects break.
- Strong manual testing skills across browsers, devices, and platforms.
- Proven ability to write structured test plans and clear, reproducible bug reports.
- Experience with a bug-tracking and PM tool such as Productive, Asana, or ClickUp.
- Daily use of AI tools (Claude, ChatGPT, or equivalents) for test prep, documentation, and analysis.
Strong advantage
- Direct experience with Productive.
- Familiarity with Delivery Flow or a similar agency operating model.
- Background in structured QA process or handoff protocols.
- Exposure to performance, accessibility, or automated testing.
Who Will Stand Out
You have caught the bug that would have embarrassed the team in front of a client, and you caught it quietly, before launch. You know the difference between a cosmetic nit and a real defect, and you handle each accordingly. You hold QA as a gate because you understand why it exists.
